Model Integrity is proud to have Body One Wellness as one of our event partners! Body One Wellness, LLC provides Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching in the Twin Cities to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle through exercise and proper nutrition.

Model Integrity Q: Why do you think this is an important event?
Brenda A: I got involved because as a local talent myself, I feel it is important for people to do their research before getting into the industry. Also, you need to know the market. Minneapolis is WAY different than Los Angeles and small mistakes can cost you money, jeopardize your career or make you look unprofessional.

Model Integrity Q: How can you help potential models / event attendees?
Brenda A: This can be a very hard business emotionally for people, especially young girls, and you want to make sure you are making healthy choices in what you are eating and your workouts for a multitude of reasons, not just for looking great. Body One Wellness offers Fitness and Nutrition Coaching in an encouraging environment where you can learn, ask questions and have fun!
